An Irish Spring
|
|
1 oz. Jameson Irish whiskey
1/4 oz. Hiram Walker's
Peach Flavored Brandy
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
Combine in a collins glass with ice, stir well.
Garnish with orange slice and cherry. |

Four Leaf Clover
|
|
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
splash Green Creme de Menthe
Shake first three ingredients and strain into a cocktail
glass.
Float Green Creme de Menthe on top.
Make a wish!

Irish Flag Shooter
|
|
1 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Carolans Irish Cream
1 oz. Grand Marnier
Pour ingredients in order given, into a pousse-cafe or cordial
glass so that they form separate layers. |

Irish Laced
|
|
1 shot Irish Mist
2 splashes Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
2 splashes Half & Half
3 splashes Pineapple Juice
2 scoops Ice
Blend. Garnish with something green!
Serve in a hurricane/poco large glass.
