Originally from Colorado and now based in New York City, Mo Rosco has spent 14 years working in service, beginning as a barista before stepping behind the bar. Her approach to hospitality is shaped by an unusual combination of interests: a love of spirits, a passion for people and an educational background in nursing, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. That background informs how she engages with guests and approaches the room. Rather than treating hospitality as a one-size-fits-all experience, Mo believes in meeting people where they are and giving each person the kind of welcome and attention they need. It is a philosophy built on empathy, curiosity and a genuine desire to connect. With years of experience serving people in different settings, Mo brings a distinctive human perspective to bartending and to the relationships that make the industry special. The thread connecting her experience in coffee, cocktails and medicine is an interest in understanding people. For Mo, the experience of being cared for matters just as much as what is being served.
