Satan’s Whiskers is East London’s original neighborhood bar. Opening in 2013 is has set the benchmark for the production of classic and modern classic cocktails. Also known as London’s bartenders’ bar, a focus on detail and consistency underpins the venue’s daily changing menu, all of which is set to an epic hip-hop playlist.

• 30ml Rittenhouse Rye
• 25ml Martini Rubino
• 15ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• 10ml simple syrup (1:1 ratio by weight)
• 1 dash Fee Bros Orange Bitter
• Top with Three Cents Cherry Soda
• Glassware: Frozen 12oz John Jenkins Soho Highball
• Ice: cubed
• Method: shake all ingredients except cherry soda, strain over ice, and top with chilled cherry soda
  Garnish: lemon wedge and cherry
