Hidden Sea Red Blend:
The Hidden Sea is a delicious red blend that’s also making waves and saving the planet! This blend of Shiraz, Cab Sav and Malbec is delicious and has a delightful mix of cherry, mulberry, plum and spice notes! The red berry and fruitcake spice, with vanilla and toasty notes is the perfect way to settle into red wine season. BONUS: for every bottle of wine sold, they remove 10 plastic bottles from the sea. Since July 2020, they’ve have removed over 23 MILLION bottles and have a goal of 1 billion bottles by 2030. 2. 2019 Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2019 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon features intense aromas of ripe black cherry, graphite and blackberry that interlace with a lovely violet floral note. The palate is inviting and well-balanced, exuding flavors of blueberries, cassis and boysenberry that are all beautifully interwoven with silky tannins from the French oak barrels. This is not only a collectible but also something that should be enjoyed this season. We have also been enjoying the Jordan Chardonnay which is a must try when you come across it.
3. 2022 Aviana Red Blend, Portugal
This wine is silky with a touch of sweetness and offers a lush red fruit and a long finish. Aviana’s Red Blend from Portugal; is a divine way to dip into fall. This season’s wines are the newest offering from women-majority owned C. Mondavi & Family. It’s great for anything gathering or feature at a bar or restaurant as it’s so affordable at just $20 a bottle. It’s a wine you can come to again and again this season. Aviana celebrates persistence, strength and ingenuity. 4. Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé
Time to talk about some the wine that’s perfect for any occasion, champagne! Anything we have tasted from Billecart-Salmon has been delicious and this rosé is no different. With its subtle and gourmet aromas, this cuvée is a reference point amongst rosé champagnes. It will be a pleasant companion to all your toasts to friends, family and food this fall!
5. Muga Reserva 2019
While Muga has been around since 1932, this is a wine that we re-discovered last Spring and we keep going back for more. This 2019 reserva wine has a bright, ruby-red color, with medium depth and a garnet tinged rim. This will 100% be on our Thanksgiving table when the family is all together. We suggest buying a few of these to drink throughout the Fall and maybe one or two to save for a few for next year…your future self will thank you.
Obviously, there are thousands of bottles to choose from this season, but these are the ones that we are enjoying and will be staples in our home, office and outings.

Colossal Launches First-Ever Bartending Competition Sponsored by Dos Hombres to Benefit Kind Campaign
One charismatic bartender will win $10,000 and grace the cover of Bartender Magazine in the name of charity.
Colossal, known as the global leader in fundraising through online competitions for charities, proudly opened registration for the launch of its maiden Bar Boss bartending competition. From cask to keg, cocktail to mocktail, Colossal is searching for one beloved bartender to win $10,000 and a feature on the cover of Bartender Magazine.
Proceeds from the competition will benefit the Kind Campaign, an internationally recognized nonprofit that brings awareness and healing to the adverse and lasting effects of girl-against-girl bullying. Dos Hombres, an artisanal mezcal made from the legendary craftsmanship of multiple generations of proud mezcal producers and a brand owned by award-winning actors and producers Aaron Paul andBryan Cranston, chose to assist the Kind Campaign for two crucial reasons. Not only is the nonprofit’s mission compelling, but it was also the primary aim of the Kind Campaign’s co-founder and Aaron’s wife, Lauren, and her fellow co-founder, Molly Thompson.
“It’s a thrill for Colossal to join forces with an established brand like Dos Hombres to launch our inaugural bartending competition,” Colossal CEO Mary Hagen said. “Aaron andBryan have already proven to be more than generous with their time and dedication in sponsoring this competition and the Kind Campaign’s mission to combat bullying. Our number of participants and charitable donations continue to increase yearly, so we hope this competition will be among our most impactful now and in the future.”

Don Julio Blanco Tequila
Watermelon juice
Lime juice
Habanero infused- organic agave nectar
Butterfly pea blossom tisane
Wynn’s signature spiced salt
Coconut Mojito
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
½ ounce fresh lime juice
1 ½ ounces Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
2 ounces coconut water
1 ½ ounces of Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
1 ounce soda water
Rim: Coconut cream and toasted flakes
Fresh Mint Sprig
Dip the rim of a rocks glass in some coconut cream then roll the moistened rim in some coconut flakes. In the prepared glass, add the mint leaves, brown sugar and lime juice. Using a muddler, gently (yet firmly) muddle the ingredients. Then fill with ice and add the rum, coconut water and coconut cream. Stir well and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

2 oz Absolut Elyx
.75 oz house made Caroline raspberry syrup (Caroline Raspberries are a large luscious varietal)
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
Topped with grand marnier molecular foam
Glistening gold sugar sail – resembling an Oscar Award
SHOWTIME MARGARITA
1 ½ oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
½ oz Sage & Mint Syrup
⅛ oz Juiced Galangal (Ginger)
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with sage & mint bunch gold-clipped to the rim of the glass.
Hair of the Hound Dog
1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
½ oz Noilly Prat Original Dry Vermouth
½ oz Elderflower cordial
½ oz Fresh apple juice
2 oz Chilled ginger ale
Garnish: Gold leaf, pineapple leaves
Whale Hello There
2 oz Gray Whale Gin
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz agave syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin, lime juice, lemon juice and agave. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or strain over a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir thoroughly. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with hand-stuffed nopalito & cotija cheese olives.
