Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
♦ 1.5 oz Tanqueray 10 London Dry Gin
♦ 1.5 oz Dry Vermouth
♦ Ice
♦ A couple dashes on house citrus bitters blend
♦ Lemon twist or olive garnish

Steps

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Tanqueray 10 Gin and dry vermouth.
3. Stir for 20–25 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist for a crisp citrus finish, or olives for a classic savory profile. Top with 3 dashes of house citrus bitters blend.
