♦ 1/2 oz. Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur
♦ 1/2 oz. St- Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
♦ 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1. Combine first four ingredients and mint into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a champagne flute and float red wine on top with bar spoon.
