Ingredients

♦ 1 egg white (optional)

♦ 1 1/2 oz. amaretto

♦ 3/4 oz. bourbon

♦ 1 oz. lemon juice

♦ 1/4 oz. simple syrup

♦ Angostura bitters for garnish

Steps

1. If you’re adding in egg white, you must dry shake first.

2. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.

3. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
