How to Make a Apricot Sour

Ingredients

♦ 2 tbsp. lemon juice

♦ 1/2 tsp. superfine sugar

♦ 2 oz. apricot brandy

♦ 3–4 ice cubes

♦ Lemon twist for garnish

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously.

2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with lemon twist.
