♦ 1⅓ oz. Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin

♦ ⅓ oz. Mure (Blackberry Liqueur)

♦ ⅓ oz. Bianco Vermouth

♦ ⅓ oz. Lemon Juice

♦ ⅙ oz. Sugar Syrup

♦ 2½ oz. Soda

Steps

1. Build into a wine glass over ice.

2. Top with 75ml soda.

3. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
