How to Make a Blue Blazer

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. Scotch whisky

♦ 2 teaspoons sugar

♦ 3 oz. hot water

♦ Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Steps

1. Pour all ingredients into a pan and heat very gently until the sugar has dissolved.

2. Serve with cinnamon sticks.
