How to Make a Bourbon Sling

Ingredients

♦ 1 tsp. superfine sugar

♦ 2 tsp. water

♦ 1 oz. lemon juice

♦ 2 oz. bourbon

♦ Lemon twist for garnish

Steps

1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and bourbon.

2. Shake well.

3. Strain into a glass.

3. Top with a lemon twist.
