How to Make a Celtic Bull
♦ 1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
♦ 2 oz. beef consommé or bouillon
♦ 1–2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
♦ Dash freshly ground pepper
1. Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender.
2. Pour into a chilled highball glass.
