How to Make a Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

♦ 1 cube sugar

♦ Dash bitters

♦ 3 oz. champagne

♦ chilled

♦ Lemon twist for garnish

Steps

1. Place sugar cube on bar spoon and dash with bitters.

2. Drop cube into a chilled champagne flute and add in champagne.
