How to Make a Cucumber Martini

Ingredients

♦ 2 slices of cucumber

♦ plus more for garnish

♦ 1/4 oz. simple syrup

♦ 2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber and Mint Vodka

♦ 1/2 oz lime juice

♦ 1/2 oz. prosecco

Steps

1. Muddle cucumber with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add vodka, lime juice, and ice and shake.

3. Strain into a martini glass and top with prosecco.

3. Garnish with cucumber slices and serve.
