How to Make a Dirty Tanqueray Martini — Blondie’s Bar SF

A signature Tanqueray martini from Blondie’s Bar SF.
♦ Difficulty Level: Moderate

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 2 oz Tanqueray Gin
♦ 0.5 oz olive juice/brine
♦ 2–3 pimento olives
♦ Ice

Steps

1. Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice.
2. Add Tanqueray gin and olive juice.
3. Stir 20–30 seconds for a silky martini, or shake 10–15 seconds for colder/cloudier.
3. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
3. Garnish with pimento olives.
3. *For a dirtier version, use 0.75 oz olive juice.
