How to Make a Don Julio Blanco Highball

Recipe Details

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Don Julio Blanco

♦ 1¾ oz. Don Julio Blanco

♦ ½ oz. Giffard Pamplemousse

♦ ½ oz. Giffard Pamplemousse

♦ ½ oz. Strawberry syrup

♦ 1½ oz. soda water

♦ Lemon oil expression and garnish with strawberry

Steps

1. Add Don Julio Blanco, Giffard Pamplemousse, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup to a shaker with ice.

2. Shake briefly until chilled.

3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

3. Top with soda water.

3. Gently stir to combine.

3. Express lemon oil over the top of the drink.

3. Garnish with a strawberry.
