♦ ½ cup bourbon or brandy
♦ Grated nutmeg for garnish
1. In a bowl, mix yolks with 1/8 cup sugar until fluffy.
2. Do the same with the egg whites in another bowl.
3. Stir in milk, cream, and bourbon or brandy into the yolk mixture.
3. Fold in beaten egg whites.
3. Pour into rocks glasses and grate nutmeg overtop as garnish.
