How to Make a El Silencio Piñata de Navidad

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: El Silencio Mezcal

♦ 1.5 oz El Silencio

♦ 1 oz spiced guava

♦ .25 oz pear brandy

♦ .75 oz lime

♦ 1 bar spoon apricot liqueur

♦ 1 dash fire bitters

♦ 1 dash cinnamon tincture

♦ 1 dash saline solution

♦ Coconut Candy

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for about 15 seconds.

2. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube.

3. Spray with the aroma.

3. Garnish with coconut candy.
