How to Make a French 75

Ingredients

♦ 1½ oz. cognac

♦ ½ oz. lemon juice

♦ ½ oz. simple syrup

♦ Champagne

♦ Lemon twist for garnish

Steps

1. Combine everything but champagne.

2. Shake and pour in a champagne glass.

3. Fill with champagne.

3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
