How to Make a Gaelic Flip

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. Irish whiskey
♦ 1/3 oz. simple syrup
♦ 1 oz. sweet vermouth
♦ 1 tsp. allspice liqueur
♦ 1 egg
♦ Nutmeg for garnish

Steps

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker without ice and hard dry shake.
2. Add in ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with nutmeg.
