How to Make a George Bell

Ingredients

♦ Crushed ice

♦ 1½ oz. Irish whiskey

♦ 1 strip lemon peel

♦ 3–4 oz. ginger ale

Steps

1. Fill a glass with crushed ice to the ¾ level.

2. Add Irish whiskey.

3. Twist lemon peel over the drink to release its oil and then drop it in.

3. Top with ginger ale.
