BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: New Amsterdam Gin

♦ 2 oz. New Amsterdam Gin

♦ ¼ oz. Allspice Dram

♦ ½ oz. Lemon Juice

♦ 1 oz. Fig Cordial

♦ 1 Sleeve Edna Ryne Black Walnut Liquor

Steps

1. Shaken.

2. Double-strained into a Nick & Nora glass.

3. Candied Fig Garnish.
