How to Make a Gin Spritz

Ingredients

♦ ½ oz. grapefruit juice

♦ 1 oz. gin

♦ 2 oz. Aperol

♦ Carbonated water or club soda

Steps

1. Squeeze grapefruit into highball glass and add ice.

2. Add gin and Aperol and top up with carbonated water or club soda.
