How to Make a Grafton Street Sour

Ingredients

♦ 1½ oz. Irish whiskey

♦ ½ oz. triple sec

♦ 1 oz. lime juice

♦ ¼ oz. raspberry liqueur

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients except the raspberry liqueur with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2. Top with raspberry liqueur.
