How to Make a Guarorita Pa’ Ahorita

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Bacan Guaro 24
♦ 2 oz Bacan Guaro 24
♦ 1 oz lime juice
♦ 0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
♦ 0.5 oz real mango purée
♦ 0.5 oz agave nectar
♦ Dehydrated lime wheel (optional)
♦ Tajín
♦ mango slice

Steps

1. Prepare a double rocks glass with a Tajín rim
2. Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled
3. strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice
3. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel (if using) and a mango slice sprinkled with Tajín
