♦ ½ oz. Feijoa Eau Di Vie
♦ ¾ oz. Guava Lemongrass tea
♦ ¾ oz. Pink Guava cordial
♦ Carbonated (carb bottles and nozzles available)
♦ Garnish: Bamboo Leaf, Dulce De Toronja
1. Add Bulleit bourbon, Feijoa Eau De Vie, Guava Lemongrass tea, Pink Guava cordial, and Acid Blend to a carbonation bottle.
2. Chill the mixture thoroughly.
3. Carbonate using the available carb bottle and nozzle.
3. Place a Collins cube in a Collins glass.
3. Slowly pour the carbonated cocktail into the glass.
3. Garnish with a bamboo leaf and Dulce De Toronja.
