How to Make a Hard Seltzer Collins

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. gin

♦ ½ oz. simple syrup

♦ ½ oz. lemon juice

♦ Top with hard lemon seltzer

Steps

1. In a Collins glass, add first three ingredients, stir, top with hard lemon seltzer and serve.
