How to Make a Irish Rose

Ingredients

♦ 1½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey

♦ ½ oz. Plymouth Sloe Gin

♦ ⅓ oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

♦ 3 drops rose water

♦ 3 lime squeezes

♦ Ginger ale

♦ Rose petal for garnish (optional)

Steps

1. Shake all ingredients except the ginger ale in a mixing glass, strain over fresh ice in a highball glass, top with ginger ale, garnish with a lime squeeze and rose petal.
