How to Make a Irish Shillelagh

Ingredients

♦ 1½ oz. Irish whiskey

♦ ½ oz. Sloe Gin

♦ ½ oz. light rum

♦ 1 oz. lemon juice

♦ 1 tsp. simple syrup

♦ 2 peach slices

♦ diced

♦ Raspberries and cherry for garnish

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender, pour into a chilled rocks glass, garnish with raspberries and a cherry.
