How to Make a Jungle Bird

Ingredients

♦ 1½ oz. rum

♦ ¾ oz. Campari

♦ 1½ oz. pineapple juice

♦ ½ oz. lime juice

♦ ½ oz. demerara syrup

♦ Pineapple wedge for garnish

Steps

1. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice, garnish with pineapple wedge and serve.
