How to Make a Kerry Cooler

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. Irish whiskey

♦ 1½ oz. sherry

♦ 1¼ tbsp. crème de almond

♦ 1¼ tbsp. lemon juice

♦ Club soda

♦ Lemon slice for garnish

Steps

1. Combine (except the soda) with ice, shake well, strain into a glass with ice, add soda, top with a lemon slice.
