How to Make a Kilkenny Waterfall

Ingredients

♦ 6 fresh blueberries

♦ plus more for garnish

♦ ½ oz. simple syrup

♦ 1½ oz. Irish whiskey

♦ 2 oz. apple juice

♦ ½ oz. pineapple juice

♦ 1 dash cherry bitters

Steps

1. Muddle blueberries and simple syrup, add remaining ingredients with ice, shake well, double strain into a tall glass with ice, garnish with blueberries.
