A signature Tanqueray martini from Concrete Rose.
♦ Difficulty Level: Moderate

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 2 oz Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1/4 oz coochi americano
♦ 1/4 oz Dolin Blanc
♦ 1/2 oz Honeycrisp Apple juice
♦ 4 dashes acid solution

Steps

1. Add ingredients to a container
2. weigh the combined batch
3. Add greek yogurt to batch equal in to the weight of the Gin
3. Milk wash the entire batch based on the weight of the batch before yogurt was added (24% milk to batch)
3. Let sit for 24 hours
3. Strain through coffee filter, bottle and freeze.
