How to Make a Magical Mojito

Ingredients

♦ 8–10 mint leaves

♦ 2 oz. Bacardi Limon Rum

♦ ¾ oz. fresh lime juice

♦ 2 dashes bitters

♦ 1 fist-size ball pink cotton candy

♦ 1 sprig fresh mint for garnish

Steps

1. Muddle mint leaves, add rum, lime juice, and bitters with ice, shake vigorously, place cotton candy atop a chilled cocktail glass, strain over cotton candy to melt, garnish with fresh mint.
