How to Make a Main Squeeze
A signature Tanqueray martini from Tavern Law. A bright, citrus-forward martini.
♦ Difficulty Level: Moderate
BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Rangpur
♦ 1 1/2 oz Tanqueray Rangpur Lime Gin
♦ 1 oz Japanese Sake Vermouth
♦ 3 drops 20% Citric Acid Solution
1. Combine all ingredients into a stirring tin.
2. Stir for around 45 rotations for perfect dilution (using 1×1 cubes).
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora.
3. Garnish with a twist of lime on the rim.
