♦ 2 oz. bourbon
♦ ½ oz. maple simple syrup
♦ 2 dashes bitters
♦ Orange peel for garnish
Steps
1. Make maple simple syrup by boiling 1 cup maple syrup and 1 cup water, add maple syrup, bourbon, and bitters in a rocks glass, stir, garnish with orange peel.
