♦ ¾ oz. Blackberry Syrup

♦ ¼ oz. Modano Vinegar

♦ ½ oz. Lemon Juice

♦ 2 dash Angostura

♦ ¾ oz. Egg Whites

♦ Garnished with Viola Flowers and Jasmine Spray
