How to Make a Matcha Highball

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. Japanese whisky

♦ ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

♦ ½ oz. honey syrup

♦ ¼ tsp. matcha green tea powder

♦ Club soda

♦ Lemon wheel for garnish

Steps

1. Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice, strain into highball glass with ice, top with club soda, garnish with lemon wheel, serve.
