How to Make a Menil

Ingredients

♦ 3 raspberries

♦ 1½ oz. Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon

♦ ¾ oz. lemon juice

♦ ¾ oz. simple syrup

♦ 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

♦ Sparkling rosé

Steps

1. Muddle raspberries in a shaker, add remaining ingredients with ice, double strain into flute, top with sparkling rosé.
