How to Make a Mezcal Express

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. San Cosme Mezcal

♦ 2 oz. pineapple juice

♦ ½ oz. lemon juice

♦ Tajin

♦ Pineapple wedge for garnish

Steps

1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass, stir, pour into a tall glass, add Tajin, garnish with a pineapple wedge.
