How to Make a Midnight in the Garden

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: St. George Botanivore Gin
♦ 1½ oz. St. George Botanivore Gin
♦ ½ oz. St. Germaine
♦ ½ oz. Creme de Violette
♦ ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
♦ ¾ oz. lemon juice
♦ 2 dashes orange flower water

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake.
2. Double strain over pebble ice into a tall rocks glass.
3. Top with splash of soda water.
3. Garnish with edible flowers.
