A signature Tanqueray martini from Offsuit. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
♦ 1.5oz Tanqueray 10
♦ .5oz Fino Sherry
♦ .5oz Lillet Blanc
♦ .5oz Cherry Pepper Cordial
♦ Dash Grapefruit Tincture
♦ Lemon Expression
♦ Pickled Sweet Pepper Cordial
♦ 3000g Vinegar
♦ 2000g Water
♦ 1000g Sugar / 1000g Chopped Cherry Peppers / Bring vinegar and water to a boil and then add into a cambro with the remaining ingredients. Let sit for 48 hours and fine strain. Bottle and refrigerate. / Grapefruit Tincture / 1000g Everclear / 200g Grapefruit Peels / Peel Grapefruits carefully to not get any pith. Combine with Everclear and vacuum seal. Let rest at room temperature for 24 hours and fine strain. Bottle and date.

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients into a stirring Yari
2. Stir 40 times
3. Strain into a chilled 5 oz Nick and Nora Glass
3. Garnish with a single pickled red pepper
3. Express a lemon peel over the top and discard
3. Enjoy!
