Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 2 oz Strawberry Infused Tanqueray
♦ 1/2 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
♦ 1/2 oz Tomato Water
♦ 2 dash Peychads Bitters
♦ Strawberry Champange Vinegar Spritz
♦ Compressed Strawberry Garnish

Steps

1. This cocktail is inspired by my grandmothers garden fresh tomatos and strawberries and was created by Melissa St.Clair
2. Infused Gin with strawberries overnight.
3. Infuse champagne vinegar with strawberries overnight.
3. Spritz a chilled glass with strawberry champagne vinegar, stir all ingredients in a mixing glass. Garnished with a floating compressed strawberry.
