A signature Tanqueray martini from San Francisco Proper Hotel.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
♦ 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
♦ 0.5 oz California Aqua Vitae
♦ 0.25 oz Bay Laurel Brine
♦ Served with a pickle

Steps

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Stir for 20–25 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with a cocktail pickle
