♦ ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
♦ ¾ oz. honey-ginger syrup
♦ ¼ oz. Islay Single Malt Scotch
1. Add first three ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large cube.
3. With a bar spoon, float the Islay Single Malt Scotch and serve.
