BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1½ oz (45 mL) Shiso-Infused Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1¾ oz (52 mL) Watermelon Agua Fresca
♦ ¾ oz (22.5 mL) Rhubarb Syrup
♦ 1 tsp (5 mL) Giffard Guava
♦ ⅝ oz (20 mL) Cold Filtered Water
1. – Infuse Gin with 10 Green Shiso leaves overnight.
2. – Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
3. – Add ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
3. – Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. – Garnish with an orange peel.
