♦ .5 oz Broadbent Rainwater Madeira
♦ 1 Barspoon Honey Syrup – 2 parts honey dissolved in 1 part boiling water
♦ 1 Dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
♦ 1 Dash Saline – 1.5 oz by volume of Kosher Salt dissolved in 1 quart Water
1. Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass
2. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora Glass
3. Garnish with an expressed and discarded Orange Peel
