Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ 2 oz Tanqueray

♦ 1/2 oz house made dry vermouth

♦ 1/2 oz locally foraged seaweed brine

Steps

1. Fill mixing glass with ice

2. Place all ingredients into the glass

3. Stir for 20 seconds

3. Strain into a Nick and Nora

3. Garnish with pickled seaweed

3. Serve
