How to Make a Rikka tonic

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ 2 oz tanquerey 10

♦ 2 dashes grapefruit amd yuzu bitters

♦ Fresh grapefruit

♦ Tonic water

Steps

1. In a chilled cognac glass, express the juice from a grapefruit wedge, then add bitters and gin.

2. Fill the glass with ice and top with tonic water.
