How to Make a Rum Flip

Ingredients

♦ 2 oz. dark rum
♦ ½ oz. heavy cream
♦ 1 tsp. granulated sugar
♦ 1 egg
♦ Nutmeg for garnish

Steps

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker without ice and hard dry shake.
2. Add in ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with nutmeg.
